Job responsibilities:
Greet and check in/out patientsSchedule appointmentsAnswer multi-line phonesCheck emails and quickly respond to appointment requestsEducate and follow-up with patients on all necessary informationManaging financial arrangements, collecting payments and posting to accountsWork with patients and their insurance, sending claims, following up on claims, pre-authorizations, checking benefitsReview treatment plan options with patient'sManage A/R and financial reports, outstanding claimsData scan and uploading of patient information
Position Requirements:
The most important requirement of this position is the capability to genuinely serve our patients on every level, including the ability to enhance patient satisfaction and increase office efficiency. You must be able to positively impact patients, coworkers, and the practice. We have found that successful candidates have the following work and educational histories:
· Work and/or educational histories which demonstrate growth.
· Dental experience required.
· Ability to communicate in a positive and clear manner.
· Experience in insurance verification, billing, EOBs and treatment estimates is preferred.
· Dentrix experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour

High school or equivalent (Required)

Dentrix: 1 year (Preferred)
