We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in dental office settings and possess excellent communication skills.
*Responsibilities*
- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Maintain patient records and update files as needed
- Assist with scheduling and appointment reminders
- Utilize dental software for administrative tasks
*Skills*
- EAGLESOFT KNOWLEDGE IS A MUST
- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service
- Experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role
- Knowledge of insurance verification processes
- Familiarity with scheduling systems
- Ability to handle patient files accurately
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
