Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Associate Dentist who is passionate about providing clinical excellence, promotes patient education, and provides an exceptional patient experience. Compensation: Daily guarantee starting at $1600, collections starting at 35%.
Qualifications-Ability to delegate tasks effectively-Proactively manage performance expectations-Prioritization of competing commitments and initiatives-Ability to manage up, across and down effectively-Strong verbal and written communication-Doctor of Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine-State license and malpractice insurance-Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and health care

Working Environment & Physical Requirements
This is a clinical working environment where potential exposure to hazardous waste and blood-borne pathogens is possible. Requires prolonged periods of standing, sitting, leaning, and bending up to 8 hours a day. Will be required to carry, transport, and use tools and equipment. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
