We are a technologically advanced dental office that is rapidly growing and looking to add to our motivated group of hard workers. We are located blocks away from the busy Journal Square area in Jersey City.

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our front desk team working as a Dental Treatment Coordinator. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Coordinate and schedule dental treatments, consultations, and follow-up appointments for patients.
- Explain treatment plans, costs, and payment options to patients, ensuring they fully understand their dental care options.
- Collaborate with dental providers to create treatment plans that meet patients' oral health needs and goals.
- Manage the front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, patient check-ins, and insurance verification.
- Oversee the office's daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to protocols.
- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and dental charts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant dental regulations and privacy policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Dental field
- Proven experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator and/or Front desk supervisor
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, treatment plans, and dental insurance processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in dental software and administrative systems.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to patient satisfaction.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
-Open Dental software experience preferred but not necessary

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 ââ¬â 40 per week
