Family 1st Dental of Sioux City is looking for a Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our growing team! We are seeking a team player with a positive attitude who is detail oriented, able to work at a fast pace, and has great organizational and communication skills. Patient care is our number one priority. We want you to be skilled in providing direct or indirect patient care, and to be able to make office procedures as smooth as possible.

Dental assisting experience a must.
Coronal Polishing Certificate and X-Ray Certification a Plus.
Benefits are available to you as a Full-Time assistant.
Pay is based on based on certification and experience.

Skills:

Proven experience as dental assistant preferred
Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
Understanding of health and safety regulations
Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks like coronal polishing is a plus
Good computer skills
Excellent communication and people skills
Attention to detail
Well-organized and reliable
Additional certification or training is an asset (e.g. EFDA)
