Job Description

This position would mainly be in our Loveland location, but could require some days in our Fort Collins location. Must be willing to travel to both locations!
Duties:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures- Take dental x-rays- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care- Perform dental charting and documentation- Maintain inventory of dental supplies and order as needed- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and OSHA regulations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program (preferred)- X-ray certification (preferred)- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments (preferred)- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
