Job Description

Our fast-paced general practice is seeking a full-time (30 hours and more)receptionist and dental assistant. The majority of our patients are Chinese-speaking. It is preferred that the candidate speaks Chinese (Mandarin). Candidate should also have a positive attitude, good customer service skills, is a good team player and has leadership qualities.
Experience is preferred, but we offer training to new employees. Green card is also required.
MUST be able to work weekdays, tuesdays and thursdays and one day on the weekend
Some Receptionist responsibilities include:
-Entering insurance claims and approvals
-Understanding the different dental insurances we accept at this office.
-Familiar with Dentrix, dental insurance, dental terminology.
-Check in and Check out patients
-Schedule appointments & call to confirm appointments
Some Dental Assistant responsibilities include:
-Prepare patients for treatment or check-up
-Sterilize instruments
-Familiar with dentrix
-Set up instruments and materials
-Schedule Appointments
-Taking X-Rays
-Assist dentist at the chairside through 4-handed dentistry
