Our practice is currently searching for an Orthodontic Assistant with the ability to deliver the ultimate patient experience to all.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Accurate Diagnostic Records
-Panorex Ceph Tracing X-rays: Accurately label, develop, scan and download into patient’s computer treatment card
-Intra-oral Photos: Downloading & Printing
-Impressions/Scanning
-Wax Bites
-Pour up models
-Place separators as indicated
-Lab Slips
-Clean Up
-Maintain Stock in the Records Area: Notify the proper person of supplies that need to be ordered Maintain the equipment in the records room
-Follow OSHA Safety Manual
-Help with front office duties as time allows
-Help with sterilization as time allows
-Back up clinical assistants as time allows
MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean, sterilize, and prepare the equipment and operatory.
-Assist in Local Store Marketing and community events. Keep chairs stocked and organized.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
-Energetic, outgoing, empathetic.
-Demonstrate good team work.
-Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
-Excellent hand skills.
-Leadership and the ability to “make things happen”.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 32 per week
