Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars- Assist with project coordination and event planning tasks- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and correspondence- Manage front desk operations efficiently
## Requirements- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist- Knowledge of dental receptionist procedures- Proficiency in using office equipment such as printers and fax machines- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Familiarity with basic computer programs like MS Office Suite- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
