Position: Dental Hygienist
Location: Smile Street Dental, Gwynn Oak, MD (Baltimore)
Job Description:As a Dental Assistant at Smile Street Dental, you'll be the heartbeat of our practice, infusing each interaction with kindness, expertise, and genuine care. From holding a patient's hand during a procedure to sharing a laugh in the waiting room, your warmth and dedication will make all the difference in our patients' experiences.
Looking for a hygienist who can provide the following:

Provide dental cleanings and SRP to patients
Educate parents and patients on proper hygiene habits and give recommendations
Dental charting, sealants, and Flouride application
Positive attitude and passionate about career
Part-Time hours between 8-24 hours/week (more avail, if desired)

Qualifications:- A heart full of empathy and a genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives- Completion of a dental assisting program or relevant experience (certification is a plus, but not required)- A knack for communication and building connections, making everyone feel like part of the Smile Street family- A keen eye for detail and a passion for keeping things organized and running smoothly- A love for learning and a willingness to grow both personally and professionally alongside your Smile Street family- A team spirit that thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment where everyone has each other's backs
