Description
We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our friendly practice in Riverdale, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the dentist and the head assistant ensuring the smooth operation of the dental office.
Minimum of 1 year experience necessary.
Job duties include:
Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
Assist dentist with all dental procedures as well as 3-D iTero scanner
Set up operatories and clean up
Take digital x-rays
Sterilize instruments
Schedule patient appointments and manage the dental office's calendar
Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation
Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning and date entry
