Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate is open, positive, and flexible, with a passion for patient care. If you have at least 1 year of experience or are a motivated new graduate, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:

Perform dental hygiene assessments, cleanings, and preventive care
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and care, including brushing, flossing, and dietary recommendations
Take digital radiographs (X-rays) and assist in patient examinations
Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure a smooth patient experience
Maintain accurate patient records and document care thoroughly
Sterilize dental instruments and maintain hygiene protocols in the operatory
Provide compassionate care to patients of all ages

Qualifications:

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Maryland (required)
1+ year of experience preferred, but new graduates will be considered
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
A positive, flexible, and open mindset
Dentrix experience (preferred but not required)
