Responsibilities:

Perform routine dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing.
Conduct oral health assessments, including taking x-rays and screening for oral diseases.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, plaque control, and post-treatment care.
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records using Dentrix software.
Collaborate with the dental team to deliver comprehensive, patient-focused care.
Ensure all dental instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and maintained according to infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

Active Dental Hygienist license in Maryland.
Open to new graduates, with a desire to grow and learn in the profession.
Team player, dedicated, and focused on delivering excellent patient care.
Dentrix experience is a plus but not required.
Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

Schedule:

Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
