Pediatric Dentist wanted for desirably located middle Tennessee practice. Love for Country Music appreciated but not required. Candidates should be enthusiastic, motivated to grow a practice, dependable, and a self starter. Experience is preferred but not required. Candidate should relate well with parents and patients, be a good communicator, empathetic, hard working, patient with patients, parents, colleagues, and fellow team members.
We are seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join our well-established and desirably located practice in Middle Tennessee. Our practice is dedicated to providing exceptional dental care for children in a warm and friendly environment. We pride ourselves on building strong relationships with our patients and their parents, and we are committed to delivering the highest standard of care.
Job Requirements:

Degree in Dentistry from an accredited dental school
Valid dental license to practice in Tennessee (or eligibility to obtain one)
Enthusiastic and motivated to grow a pediatric dental practice
Excellent communication skills and ability to relate well with parents and patients
Empathetic and patient-centered approach to dental care
Strong work ethic and a self-starter who can work independently
Willingness to collaborate with other dental professionals in our practice
Experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred but not required
Enjoys “life”. Happy, Fun, Sense of humor…balances this with Professionalism
Can “Read the Room”-reads people well and communicates well

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive dental care for pediatric patients, including routine check-ups, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and other dental procedures
Create treatment plans and explains them to parents/guardians
Educate parents and children on proper oral hygiene practices
Build positive relationships with patients and parents, fostering trust and loyalty
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Collaborate with other dental professionals to coordinate comprehensive care
Stay updated on the latest advancements in pediatric dentistry through continuing education and professional development opportunities
