Requirements:
PA Dental License
(Note: Experience outside of school is not required. Training and mentorship are available.)

Willingness to receive feedback and attend monthly and quarterly training sessions as outlined on the company calendar
Ability to achieve monthly targeted production goals
Reliability and active participation in morning huddles
Ability to coach your dedicated treatment coordinator and assistant courteously and effectively to meet targets
