Job Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Answer incoming phone calls, address inquiries, and schedule appointments.
Provide information to patients regarding dental services, insurance, and office policies.
Manage patient intake forms and ensure they are completed accurately.
Verify patient insurance coverage and explain benefits.
Collect co-payments and patient balances at check-in or check-out.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.

Experience

At least 1-2 years experience preferred
Proficiency in using Open Dental a plus
Experience working with PPO dental insurances
