Pediatric Dental Assistant: Full time position for anyone desiring better work-life balance. (32-36 hours per week).

Our position would be great for an individual with children needing morning drop off at school, someone wanting more time to themselves in the morning, or someone not wanting to stay late after closing.

Our privately owned, airway-focused, compassionate, patient-focused, pediatric dental practice is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic individual who would enjoy the opportunity to grow!

• Our hours are Mondays-Thursdays from 8:30am- 4:30pm. We are closed on Fridays and the weekends.
• This position averages around 32-26 hours per week.
• We are in search of a multi-talented person who has excellent communication and clinical skills.
• You must have your DANB Radiation Health and Safety (RHS) Certification (required). DANB Coronal polishing certification is preferred and must be obtained within 1 year of hire.
• MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS OF CLINICAL OPERATIVE & HYGIENE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Compensation depends on years ofexperience and skillset.
• Higher compensation for those with orthodontic records and chairside orthodontic experience.
• You need to be coachable, respectful to others, be on time, give your best all the time, be there for your patients and team, and look and act as a professional. You have a positive, can-do attitude, and receive constructive feedback as an opportunity to grow.

Past experience with these are required:

• Dentrix
• 3 years minimum of restorative/operative and hygiene team experience.

Salary: Dependent on level of experience - ranging from $21.50 - $26.50 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursdays 8:30am – 4:30pm with a 30 minute lunch break.
• We have our morning huddle at 8:30am, see patients from 9:00am -4:30pm, with the clinical area wrapped up and ready for the next day around 5:30pm.
