We are seeking an enthusiastic dental assistant with strong work ethics, excellent communication and patient care skills to join our amazing team! Foreign trained Dentist are welcomed! Our office environment is one where everyone is happy to help and we love connecting with our amazing patients.
As a Lead Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for providing chairside assistance to dentists, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow, and supervising and training other dental assistants. This position requires excellent clinical knowledge, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.In this role, you will assist with various dental procedures, prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, take X-rays, and provide chairside support to the dentists.If you have a positive attitude, a passion for dentistry, and a desire to make a difference in the lives of our patients, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during dental procedures
Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
Take and develop dental x-rays
Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care
Assist in restorations, crowns, endo and oral procedures
Manage inventory of dental supplies and order new supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and HIPAA regulations
Sterilization
