We are a private dental practice in Canby, and we specialize in family, implant, restorative and cosmetic dentistry. We are seeking a front office treatment coordinator for 4 days per week.

 

We are looking for someone who is outgoing, with a great attitude and warm personality.  Someone who works well with our team and who can provide our patients with exceptional care for their financial, insurance and scheduling matters.

 

Experience as a dental business team member is required including treatment planning, scheduling for the doctor, treatment presentations and dental insurance.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with our team to create an environment that promotes our mission "Dental Excellence from friends who care"
• ALWAYS treat our patients with the best customer service
• Partner with the doctor and the team to create a cohesive dental experience
• Must have excellent communication skills for case acceptance, resolving concerns and scheduling patients
• Must understand the importance of a Patient Service Focus
• Must be a Team Player
• Assist with insurance billing for the patients the doctor treats
• Treatment plan presentations
• Follow up on A/R and outstanding claims.
• Enjoys multi-tasking.
• Have a professional demeanor

This is a 4-day-per-week position, Monday through Thursday, with one half day Friday per month. We use EagleSoft Software.
