Responsibilities
- Assist with Procedures: Support the dentist during a variety of procedures including implants, full mouth reconstructions, and cosmetic enhancements, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Patient Care: Prepare patients for treatment, provide instructions for post-procedure care, and offer a reassuring and comfortable experience throughout their visit.
- Clinical Duties: Sterilize and prepare instruments, take and develop dental radiographs, and manage dental materials and supplies.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate patient records, schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and handle billing and insurance matters as needed.
- Technology Utilization: Operate and maintain advanced dental technology and equipment, ensuring all tools are in optimal working condition.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the dental team to ensure high standards of care, participate in staff meetings, and contribute to a positive and professional work environment.
