Our periodontal specialty office is looking for an experienced dental office front desk coordinator with excellent knowledge of Dentrix for 3days Monday,Tuesday, and Thursday 8:30-5:30
We need someone with strong previous Dental office Experience that possesses:
- A professional, warm, sophisticated, and gracious personality with strong organizational skills
- Has a strong knowledge of Dentrix
- Dental coding -specifically periodontal codes , all phases of insurance submittal, calculations, collections and claims disputes
- Comfortable with all front desk duties which include,
- Patient Services
- appointment coordinating
- Dental treatment plan presentation and scheduling
- insurance submittal and claims management
- Patient Scheduling
- Insurance Claims Processing
- Office Supplies ordering and management.
Completely paperless office. Digital X-rays
Part time potiental full time
Pay is based on experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
