Job Description
Are you a passionate and dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist seeking to join a dynamic team in a thriving one-doctor dental office? Look no further! We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team and provide exceptional dental care to our valued patients.
Hours: Monday-Wednesday, and every other Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities:
Perform dental hygiene procedures including prophylaxis, scaling, root planning, and fluoride treatments.
Conduct thorough dental assessments and oral cancer screenings.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
Take and develop dental x-rays as needed.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with the dentist to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and OSHA regulations.
Requirements:
Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license.
CPR certification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and patient care.
Proficiency in dental software (e.g., Practiceworks) preferred but not required.
