Job Description
Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist dentists in providing efficient and quality dental care to patients.
Duties- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment- Assist dentists during dental procedures- Capture digital x-rays and make sure they are labeled properly- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices- Maintain accurate patient records- Transcribe all chart notes accurately into patient charts- Monitor patient flow and assist Drs/Hygienists with ensuring that all patient records and documents are completed and filed
Skills- Completion of accredited course in dental assisting required or current Certified Dental Assistant (CDA)- Must be qualified in basic life support/CPR- Proficiency in using dental imaging- Ability to work with dental software such as Dentrix and Epic- Fluent in English and Spanish preferred

Pay: $19.75 - $20.70 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
