Job Description
The Dental Assistant will support the mobile dentist, and team, in providing quality patient care within the scope of state regulations. You will set-up and breakdown rooms, take and develop x-rays, offer chairside support, take impressions, and provide the patient with post-op instructions and care. The Dental Assistant will also assist with presenting and discussing treatment plans, sterilizing and maintaining instruments, equipment, and general spaces providing a clean and professional environment, among other duties as assigned.
This positions requires the dental assistant to drive the agency vehicle from our location in Little Rock to nursing homes around the state to meet the dental team on location.
Qualifications:
To apply for this position, you must possess an active DA and X-ray certification and experience in taking impressions for prosthetics. You must be able to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude. In addition, you must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $230.00 per day
