Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist dentists in providing efficient and quality dental care to patients. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Duties- Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations- Take and develop dental x-rays- Sterilize instruments and equipment- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices- Maintain accurate patient records
Qualifications- Proficiency in dental terminology and procedures- Knowledge of infection control protocols- Experience with Dentrix Ascend or similar dental software is a plus- Familiarity with prosthodontics, general dentistry, and orthodontics- Ability to perform four-handed dentistry efficiently- Experience with 3D scanners is desirable not required
