Job Description
Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dental team in providing quality oral healthcare with a focus on patient comfort and satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Perform chairside assisting duties during dental procedures- Take and record patients' vital signs- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment- Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix or similar systems- Take dental X-rays as directed by the dentist- Provide post-operative instructions to patients- Assist with various dental procedures including prosthodontics and general dentistry- Ensure compliance with aseptic techniques and infection control protocols
ExperienceThe successful candidate should possess:- Proficiency in dental assisting techniques and procedures- Knowledge of dental anatomy, terminology, and systems- Experience with X-Ray imaging and processing- Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental software is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 34 per week

High school or equivalent (Required)
