Vasquez Dentistry is an established general dental practice seeking a front office patient care coordinator to join our team. Experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right person who fulfills or meets the other requirements.
As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients visiting a dental clinic. Your role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the dental office.
Responsibilities- greeting patients, confirming and scheduling appointments- handle phone inquiries and manage emails- insurance benefits verification, explain benefits for treatment costs, financial arrangements and collect payments- managing continuing care /recall- posting daily treatment and payments
The ideal candidate will be a friendly, outgoing, courteous team player who possesses excellent communication and customer service skills. We are looking for someone to greet patients, help with filing and scheduling, as well as able to multi-task. Dental knowledge and insurance experience are a plus!
