We are seeking a receptionist to join our team. You’ll become a part of an amazing group of providers, assistants, and front desk personnel who continually strive for exceptional patient care. Our success stems from team work and our ability to support one another.
The hours of this position are Monday - Thursday from 7:30a to 3:30p with 1 hour lunch, and one Friday a month, 9:30a-2p. No weekends! An ideal candidate must be reliable, have a great work ethic, and have the mindset to learn and grow.Only candidates with dental experience, please.
Our office uses Dentrix and Dexis in addition to other programs to support you throughout the day. We are a paperless office utilizing digital X-rays and primarily digital communications.
This position will assist patients with checking in and out, answering phones, checking email correspondence, schedule prep, insurance verification, presenting treatment plans, and maintaining a full scheduling.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
