Job Description
We are a small private general dental office looking for a treatment coordinator with experience to join our growing team. We are open 3 days a week as well as the first Saturday of every month for half a day. The ideal candidate will have experience in verifying insurance, scheduling, and discussing finances with patients. Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate with patients in a friendly, confident manner. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about providing quality dental care and helping our patients achieve their oral health goals.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in/out patients in a friendly manner
Maintain the schedule
Assist patients with understanding and accepting their clinical diagnosis
Calculate fees for dental treatment
Coordinate financial agreements for the patient's financial responsibility of dental treatment
Assist with other office duties as requested or needed
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
Ability to work well with others in a team environment
