We are seeking a Front Desk Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk area, ensuring efficient patient service, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
*Duties*
- Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate department
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Perform office duties including filing, scanning, and data entry
- Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and guidelines
- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently
*Skills*
- Experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling multiple phone lines
- Knowledge of IADA coding and dental terminology
- Ability to work with computerized systems for scheduling and billing

- Understanding of insurance verification processes
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient care
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for effective communication with diverse patient populations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
