We are seeking a dedicated dentist to join our hygiene-only clinic, where you will lead a dynamic hygiene team and provide essential preventative education while referring our patients who need dental care to Breeze Restore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough dental examinations and assessments for patients.
- Develop and communicate personalized preventative care plans.
- Lead and mentor a team of hygienists to ensure excellence in patient care.
- Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and preventative measures.
- Collaborate with our restorative clinic to refer patients for necessary treatments.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid state dental license.
- Experience in performing dental examinations and providing preventative care.
- Strong commitment to patient education and preventative dentistry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a hygiene team and restorative clinic.
- Experience in Invisalign preferred
- 2 + years experience
