Job Description
Job Title: Dental Assistant 28-32 hours per week
Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant with a NJ Dental X-Ray License to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during Endodontic treatment procedures, help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after dental treatment, and ensure the dental office runs efficiently.
Responsibilities:- Assist the dentist during examinations and treatment procedures- Demonstrate effective patient care- Prepare treatment rooms for patient appointments- Take dental X-rays- Utilize CBCT scanner (familiarity with CBCT scanning is a plus)- Maintain infection control protocols and sterilize instruments- Implement aseptic techniques to prevent cross-contamination- Apply knowledge of endodontics- Perform dental receptionist duites as needed (Experience is a plus)
