Job Description

```Duties```- Assist the dentist during dental procedures- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment- Take and develop dental x-rays- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care- Perform basic laboratory tasks such as pouring models and trimming impressions- Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
```Requirements```- Dental assisting certification or relevant experience- Proficiency in dental software such as CAD, Eaglesoft, or Epic- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and adherence to patient privacy guidelines- Familiarity with medical terminology and anatomy- Experience with aseptic technique and infection control protocols- Ability to operate dental imaging equipment- Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent patient care- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is a plus
