Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, experienced dental assistant to join our multi specialty team! If you are well-organized, detail oriented, with good communication skills we may be what you are looking for! Responsibilities but are not limited to;

Take and document patient dental history and updates, as well as overall health and medication history
Clean and sterilize instruments, and prepare treatment rooms as needed
Take high quality digital dental radiographs
Ensure appropriate supply of equipment and materials
Perform patient charting as instructed by the doctor
Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room
Assist the doctor with either Pediatric/General/Orthodontic treatment procedures.
Prepare and set up treatment rooms for procedures
Record patients’ medical and dental histories


The ability to multitask without sacrificing the quality of their work.

Job Type: Full-time
Hours : Monday -Friday 8:30am -7:00pm
Saturday 9:00am -3:00pm
Experience:

dental: 2 years (Required)

Education:

High school (Required)
Expanding Duties (Required)
X-ray Certification(Required)

Location:

Plantation/Tamarac
Able to rotate between offices weekly

Language:

English/Spanish (Preferred)

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
