Dental Assistant

Our family-oriented private practice is seeking a personable, dedicated, and goal-oriented Dental Assistant to join our established team. We offer competitive compensation along with an incentive program based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist with various treatment procedures.
• Support clinicians in delivering an exceptional patient experience.
• Set up and break down treatment rooms.
• Take dental radiographs (x-rays) as needed.
• Manage infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
• Provide patients with post-treatment oral care instructions.
• Educate patients on recommended treatments.
• Communicate effectively with both team members and patients.

Requirements:

• X-Ray certification in Arizona.
• Proficient knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience with Dentrix is a plus.
