We’re currently seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence.
Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in utilizing intraoral scanners, such as Itero and Trios scanners, hold a valid X-ray license, and possess a BLS/CPR certification. We value team players who can also work independently, have a passion for learning, and with experience in fabricating temporary crowns, and ideally, some knowledge of implants and Invisalign.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist with various procedures, including preparations and patient management.
Utilize intraoral scanners effectively to capture high-quality digital impressions.
Perform X-ray imaging with a valid X-ray license and ensure proper patient safety protocols.
Provide accurate charting and documentation for the dentist.
Fabricate and place temporary crowns as needed.
Demonstrate knowledge of implant procedures and assist as required.
Assist with Implants, Oral Surgery, General Dentistry, Invisalign procedures and patient education.
Collaborate and communicate with the dental team to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.
Adhere to infection control protocols.
Provide excellent patient care and support, addressing any concerns or questions.
Provide support to other team members as needed, contributing to a positive and cooperative work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by the dentist or office manager to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Dental Assistant
Valid X-ray license required.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
Proficient in creating and placing temporary crowns.
Be confident assisting and willing to learn as needed.
Knowledge of implant procedures and Invisalign is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $27.00 per hour
Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
