Job Description
We are seeking an experienced dental treatment coordinator for our growing dental practice. Strong communication and telephone skills are required, as you would be interacting with members of our dental team and our patients on a daily basis.
Your primary duties include but would not limited to:
Greeting and checking in patients.
Answering phones and properly scheduling appointments
Verifying insurance benefits, getting insurance breakdowns. Understanding insurance benefits.
Confirming and filling any cancellations that may arise.
Checking patients out, figuring out patients costs, collecting payments and scheduling treatment.
Experience with Dentrix is preferred.
