Job Description

We are looking for an office administrator with an outgoing personality. She or he will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring that the rest of the team has adequate support to work efficiently including but not limited to taking calls, filling the schedule, presenting treatment plans, verifying insurance, processing insurance claims and other various tasks.
The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing daily tasks and working with limited supervision. She or he is a good learner and willing to adapt to the office setting.
At least 2 years current experience in a general dental practice or similar dental environment. Familiar with PMS such as Opendental. Occasionally, help with the flow in the back. Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus.
Job Type: Part time starting 3 days a week
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
