Job Description

Duties:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing- Take digital dental x-rays- Assess patients' oral health and provide appropriate treatment recommendations- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care- Administer local anesthesia as needed- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems (Open Dental)- Assist the dentist during procedures and provide chairside support
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of dental hygiene principles and practices- Proficiency in using dental software systems, training will be provided.- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and communicate with patients- Attention to detail for accurate recordkeeping and treatment planning- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other dental professionals
