Job Description
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art dental practice. As a Dental Registered Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care, supporting our dentists and hygienists, and contributing to the smooth operation of our dental practice.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist dentists and hygienists with patient care, including preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing equipment, and handling dental records.
- Utilize your knowledge of dental terminology to communicate effectively with patients and provide a positive experience.
- Perform aseptic techniques to maintain a clean and safe environment for our patients.
- Operate X-ray equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnosis and treatment.
- Use Dentrix technology to document patient records and track treatment progress.
- Greet patients, answer questions, and provide general information about our services and policies.
- Work closely with our dental receptionist to ensure a seamless patient flow and efficient administrative processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to our high standards of hygiene and infection control.
- Prior experience as a Registered Dental Assistant in a dental prractice or related healthcare environment is essential.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and aseptic techniques is required.
- Prosthodontics experience is an asset, but not necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for working effectively with patients and the dental team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain a positive attitude is crucial.
**Skills:**
- Experience with X-ray equipment.
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.34 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
