We are seeking Experienced Front Office Patient/Treatment Coordinator & Insurance Coordinator for our WONDERFUL office near Town Center in Virginia Beach. Responsibilities
Minimum of 2 years of previous dental experience with focus on scheduling, insurance verification, filing insurance determinations, presenting treatment plans, collecting accurate co-payments, and ensuring proper documentation protocol is followed.
Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail with ability to multi task in a fast pace environment
Excellent customer service skills making a strong connection with our patients/parents
Must be prompt with excellent attendance record
Friendly upbeat individual that will always greet our patients/parents with a smile
Previous experience with Dentrix is helpful
