Job Description

Responsibilities

Welcome both new and established customers into the dental office -
Answer and redirect phone inquiries
Schedule appointments and follow-up with patients
Present dental treatment plans to patients
Estimate out-of-network insurance co-payments
Put your knowledge of dental procedures to work
Must available on weekend(Sundays)
Computer literate, with experience using a dedicated dental management system. Our practice uses Easydental
Friendly, outgoing demeanor with great people skills – we love our patients!

Skills

Knowledge of office systems and procedures
Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

Salary: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule:

8 hour shift
Weekend availability

Experience:

Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Rotating weekends
