Position Overview:
We are seeking an outgoing and passionate General Dentist. This position is ideal for dentists looking to grow their skillset through our comprehensive mentorship program and collaborate with like-minded professionals. Mentorship in dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, and case acceptance/treatment planning is available for dentists who want to expand their expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality dental care to patients, including routine check-ups, restorative procedures, and cosmetic dentistry.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care.
Utilize advanced dental technology to enhance patient outcomes.
Participate in continuing education opportunities offered by the group.
Engage in treatment planning and case acceptance with a focus on patient education.
Qualifications:
DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Valid dental license in the state of Tennessee.

Preferred: 2 years of work experience in a general dentistry setting.
Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the field of dentistry.
