Pediatric Specialist Needed!
Join a thriving pediatric dental practice, Smiles Pediatric Dental Care in Largo & Lanham MD, with an exceptional opportunity for a productive dentist to build their success!
Part-time or Full-time!
High earning potential on 4 days/week!
Key Highlights:

Location: Largo, Lanham, & possibly Bowie MD
Patient Base: Pediatric care, Medicaid office with some PPO patients
Work Schedule: 2-4 days/week, no weekends
Technology: Modern office with digital equipment

Compensation and Benefits:

Income Potential: $200,000-$400,000
Guaranteed Minimum: $1,200 per day (depending on experience & specialist) - for 90-days
Production Bonus: 40% adj collections Pediatric Specialist

Candidate Requirements:

Dental License: DDS or DMD eligible for or currently holding a Maryland dental license.
Pediatric Specialty
Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Quality Focus: Commitment to high-quality standards and necessary procedures only AND enjoy treating children.
