FRONT OFFICE DENTAL RECEPTIONIST

We are a large, privately owned, pirate themed, pediatric dental office!
As our offices continue to grow, we are expanding our teams and in need of:
Front Office Receptionist at our Broadmoor Location in Colorado Springs.

This position will be the first point of contact with our patients as they come in. Applicant must be friendly and outgoing and love children of all ages, cultures and disabilities.
This is a Full-Time position from approximately 7:45-5:15. It is a four-day work week with a rotating schedule. Approximately 32 hours per week. Compensation will be based on experience.
Job Responsibilities would include:

Greeting parents and children
Checking in patients/updating information with 100% accuracy
Scheduling/confirming appointments
Scanning all documents into patient charts
First responder on phone calls
Work in partnership with Office Manager and Doctors to provide a positive experience to patients and parents of our practice.
Help in our goal of 50 reviews for the practice monthly.

We are looking for a person that has:

Receptionist Experience – Dental not needed but a plus
Great Customer Service Skills
A Positive Attitude and LOVES Kids
Able to Multitask and MUST be Detail Oriented
Is Self-Motivated and a Problem Solver
A Fast Learner and Good Listener
A Team Player
Competent with all Microsoft Office Products
