Position Overview:
As a Pediatric Dental Assistant, you will be a key player in ensuring smooth and efficient patient care. You will assist chairside during dental procedures, manage patient flow, and maintain a clean and organized treatment area. We value self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and a team-oriented attitude. Must enjoy working with children in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Take and record patient histories, and maintain accurate digital records.
Prepare instruments, clean treatment areas, and sterilize equipment.
Manage patient flow and keep treatment rooms organized.
Perform routine cleanings and x-rays.
Demonstrate a positive, warm, and professional demeanor.
Exhibit strong organizational skills and multitask effectively in a faced paced environment.
Collaborate well with the team, bringing enthusiasm and respect.
Prepare patients for dental procedures and assist with infection control.
Help manage dental emergencies and provide postoperative instructions.
Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and care.

Qualifications:

Certified Dental Assistant
X-Ray Certification
Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience
