We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures, ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients
Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and set up equipment for patient appointments
Take X-rays, maintain accurate patient records, and manage lab tasks
Educate patients on post-procedure care, oral hygiene, and preventive practices
Provide exceptional patient care by creating a comfortable and positive experience for every patient
Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations
Ensure the office meets OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards
Support front desk operations with receptionist duties, including answering phones and greeting patients.
Participate and be proficient in all aspects of general dentistry
Ensure the clinic remains clean and organized, upholding high standards of hygiene and infection control
Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
Qualifications:
Dental Assistant certification or equivalent experience
X-ray certification is required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
Compassionate, patient-focused, and friendly demeanor
A team player with a positive attitude and professionalism
Proficient in dental software and technology is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
