**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant who is looking for a long-term career opportunity with significant growth potential. In the initial 3-4 months, the practice will be in its early stages, offering a unique opportunity for you to learn and grow as we expand. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist the dentist during various treatment procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Ensure patients are comfortable and well cared for during their visits
- Educate patients on oral health care and post-treatment instructions
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Perform routine office tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
**Qualifications:**
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and technologies
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Pre-dental students are welcome to apply, provided they have their RDA certification and can work part-time

**Front Desk Position Also Available:**
We are also looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to answer phones and schedule patients. We seek someone who is fun to be around, can make the office a pleasant place, and stays on top of their work.
