Job Description
Lead Dental Group is hiring a motivated dental assistant to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be team-oriented, patient-focused, compassionate, and reliable. Must multi-task and thrive in a busy work environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities -
Create a welcoming environment for patients and team members. We strive to build relationships and earn our patients' trust.
Prepare patients for exam, treatment, and treatment presentations
Assist the Doctor with instruments and materials needed for specific - procedures
Instrument sterilization, clean and sterilize operatory rooms
Compliance with OSHA, CDC, and HIPPA
Experience taking X-rays
Provide high-quality patient care
Perform all assigned duties in a professional, accountable, and collaborative manner
Regularly scheduled attendance is required
Qualifications -
Minimum of 1 year
Must have excellent communication/customer service skills
Minimum H.S. Diploma
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Crossed Train (Front and Back) a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
