Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team. While 1 year of experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who is enthusiastic about learning and growing in the dental field.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide chairside assistance to dentists and hygienists during dental procedures.
Take dental X-rays.
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms before and after patient appointments.
Sterilize dental instruments and ensure they are ready for use.
Assist in maintaining patient records and updating charts as needed.
Support patient care by providing information and answering questions to ensure comfort and understanding.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and infection control protocols.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
Excellent attention to detail, ensuring precision in all tasks.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Completion of a dental assistant program is a plus but not required.
